We found the unit to offer excellent craftsmanship — the finish is sleek and consistent, and the controls feel robust and well calibrated. The automatic mode works reliably, producing a smooth froth or hot milk at the touch of a button, which aligns well with the spec sheet. The internal level markers and ceramic-coated jug body enhance usability and durability. On the logistics side, it arrived well packaged, the lead time matched expectations, and all included accessories and documentation were present and correct.

If any improvement could be suggested, it would be to include an internationally compatible plug as standard for our region and to provide a shorter user manual in local language to support our customers more directly.

Overall, very solid performance and good value from your production and supply chain.
