DELIVERY TIMELINE

Once an order is placed, it will be processed the following working day. Thereafter, it will be ready for dispatch after 1-3 working days.

If you are unwilling to wait after placing your order, we will only refund the amount after credit card charges (est. 3%). If your product does not dispatch after 14 working days, we will refund the full amount. 

*The delivery time stated is an estimation, and may or may not face unexpected delays from the courier company that is not within our control. 
**Working days excludes weekends and public holidays.

SHIPPING FEE

Free shipping fees for Klang / Klang Valley for ALL PRODUCTS

For West Malaysia / East Malaysia / Singapore, we will based the shipping fee from Easy Parcel. 

For any other country, we will either use Easy Parcel or courier arranged by you.
